When you look at your company’s story, there are important people, there are extremely important people . . . and in North Star’s case, there is Fred Keller.

His company Cascade Engineering was our very first client back in 1999, and that was only part of how he helped make our founding possible. But Fred’s impact on North Star is far down the list of the things that make him noteworthy.

From the building of a successful plastic injection-molding company to his determination to improve the lives of others, to his dogged focus on finding ways to make the systems under which we live function more compassionately and efficiently, Fred has never stopped thinking about the next thing he can do to improve the lives of those around him. And he doesn’t just think it. He does it.

Now retired and happily living in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Fred is still on the case and looking for ways to improve the world for as many people as he can. It’s truly an honor for us to have him as this month’s guest on Six Questions with Dan and Michelle.
